The voltage inverter routine centered MOSFET RFP50N06. The inverter able to deal with a lot up to 1000W, it’s observed on your energy inverter transformer. The RFP50N06 Fets are ranked at 50 Amplifiers and 60 V. Heatsink is necessary to chill the MOSFETs. You may add some MOSFETs with similar relationship to get more energy. It is suggested to have a “Fuse” in the Power Range and to always have a “Load connected”, while energy is being used.
